Leverine terms of service

Last updated: 2026-11-05 · Provider: DTRH (dtrh.net) · Contact: support@leverine.com

By installing or using Leverine you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install it.

1. What you are licensed

Leverine is proprietary software licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension on the devices your plan allows. Third-party components keep their own licences (React and friends, MIT/Apache-2.0).

2. Plans and payment

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; their terms cover payment, tax and refunds. Where consumer law grants you a withdrawal right, contact us and we will honour it. We may change prices prospectively; existing subscriptions renew at the price stated at purchase.

3. Your responsibilities

4. AI output

Leverine sends your input to a third-party AI provider and shows you what comes back. Model output can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. Verify anything that matters. We do not warrant the accuracy of model output, and the provider's terms also apply to that processing.

5. Capabilities and approvals

Actions that change a page or the network are gated by capability policy and can require your approval. Do not disable those safeguards if you do not understand the consequence. You remain responsible for actions you approve.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, deprecate or remove capabilities, providers, packs or plans. We aim to give notice of material changes in the changelog. We may suspend an account for abuse, non-payment, or a legal requirement.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or the outcome of security testing you perform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Leverine at any time and delete its data. We may terminate a licence for breach of these terms; on termination your licence to use paid features ends, and Cloud credits that are unused are refunded pro rata where required by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Canada, and disputes go to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
